Paula Patton (born in 1960) is an American actress. She also has produced films like Mission: Impossible: Ghost Protocol. Growing up living in Los Angeles with a middle-class mother, the actress had plenty of goals. The mother of her children was a film buff and was able to instill an interest in films in her daughter. Paula was active in her school's co-curricular activities and was particularly drawn to dramatics. She was a huge fan of acting with her classmates and took part in her school's stage productions. Hamilton Magnet Arts High School's Hamilton Magnet Arts High School was the scene of many school productions. She decided to become an actor. She was enrolled in The University of Southern Cal's summer program, and enjoyed it immensely. She was given a three month project to create documentary films for PBS. Following the successful completion of the assignment, she began working as a production assistant for TV documentaries. Then, she switched to producing documentaries. But she still had a desire to become an actress, even though she was satisfied at her job. Her career began in acting when she appeared as Will Smith's co-star on romantic comedy Hitch. In the years since, she has been in a variety of film and TV series.
